PLEASE NOTE: I am in Hawaii and shipping from here to the rest of the US can take an extra day or two most of the time. There is no next day or two day shipping from Hawaii as packages cannot be sent from here that quickly. During the holidays, shipping time can take even longer due to backup and your package may arrive late. I suggest purchasing before December 15th to ensure the highest probability of receiving items by Christmas. Shipping normally takes 3-5 days but storms and the holidays can, in a few cases, cause shipping to be delayed up to 2 weeks.
